Spiritual Mind Treatment for May 18, 2025
- I consciously turn within and recognize the divine presence that exists as all life. Every aspect of creation is the presence of Spirit in its limitless expression.
- My very life is that full expression of Spirit. I am one with the divine. My very being was birthed from the essence of the divine and expresses the divine in all that I am.
- By using that word divine I am speaking of absolute perfection. It is powerful and awe inspiring to say that my life is a perfect expression of God. But I truly accept that it is. Just as all life is. The perfection of my being flows in harmony with the perfection of all life. In this moment I rise above all challenges, all ideas of lack or limitation, or judgement. I express God’s good as my being and I embrace God’s good as all that I experience.
- I am grateful to know that this word is complete right here and so. My belief is the power that charges the creative law and I am thankful for that union manifesting as this prayer’s fulfillment.

Spiritual Mind Treatment for the Week of May 11, 2025
- I take this moment in time, to fully embrace that now is all there is. There is only this sacred moment as it moves into the next sacred moment, expanding into the forever now. And within that sacred moment is my full awareness of life’s divinity. Every aspect of life is an expression of God’s essence.
- My life is fully one with that essence. All that I am, have been, and will be is the limitless energy of God’s infinite manifesting.
- It is through my awareness of the Divine that I experience all life. Through darkness and sadness is the gift of awakening and the opportunity for deeper growth and expansion. Within light and joy is the experience of clear and utter celebration of Spirit. And within every moment between the light and dark lies the gift of simple living. The act of breath is the presence of eternal life. The act of every interaction is the gift of God meeting God. And it is within these moments that I share the blessings of my innate divinity and experience the blessings that the Universe bestows upon me.

- I center myself and bring to conscious thought the recognition of God as all life. All of existence is the creative essence of Spirit in its limitless expression.
- Right where I am, the expression has its form. The divine exists as every aspect of my being, body, mind, soul, and spirit.
- As I know I am one with God, I know that all the qualities of the divine are present with me always. There is joy within my heart always. There is abundance in every aspect of my life. There is radiant light in all that I do. There is limitless potential available to me always. There is the divine that exists beyond human description revealing itself always. I embrace these qualities and more in every moment. I am sustained and supported by my oneness with Spirit always.

- In this moment I center myself and am aware that there is only this moment. The divine now is always present. And the divinity of that now is the life of God. The one life that blesses and expresses as all that is.
- My very existence is the unique and perfect expression of the Divine. I accept and embrace my oneness with all life.
- As I recognize God’s presence as all life, I recognize the joy at the center of the presence. It is the desire of the divine for all life to experience and cultivate love and joy. I accept every aspect of my being as a place for that love and joy to live and grow. I express love in the world through my words and deeds and the Universe response with absolute and beautiful joy.
- I am forever grateful to know the truth of life, of my being, and the creative power of my word. It is through the power that this word is manifest and I say thank you to the Universe for it.

Spiritual Mind Treatment for April 20, 2025
- I turn within and witness the presence of God expressed as all life. Every aspect of creation is the lifeline of the divine in form.
- Within my center is the pure essence of Spirit. It is the essence that makes up my every aspect of my being. The divine essence expresses as my physical being, my experiences, and all that I am beyond the physical and the worldly.
- As I recognize the divine within me and my place within the divine, as the water is to the ocean, one and the same, I know that all of my experiences are blessings. I consciously recognize perfection in every moment. I surround all challenges with light and love and embrace the growth that comes from them. I surround all moments of joy with the same light and love and see the limitless expansion of that joy in my life and the world.

- I take this moment to center myself and recognize the life of God as all that is. I feel that life in the air around me, in every thing I can feel with my senses and all that exists beyond them.
- Right where I am, my very life, is the manifestation of God’s being. Where the divine presence in the air meets my physical body, it is the molecules of the divine meeting. Beyond my body exists the soul of the divine as the essence of my being.
- I take these words into a deeper meaning and understanding. My spiritual practice is the pathway that Spirit reveals itself to me. And beyond that revelation, Spirit makes its way in the world as me. My very existence reveals the divine presence as every experience I have in the world. I set my intention now to accept God as all life to a degree beyond anything I felt possible before.

- I center myself into the stillness of my core and recognize that there is one life manifest as all that is. The life of God exists in, through, and as all of creation.
- I am one with that life, one with all of creation. The very essence that is Spirit makes its way through the world in infinite individualized expressions and I am one with it all.
- In this moment I allow my consciousness to expand, I allow my perceptions to shift and allow my acceptance of what is possible to grow beyond any previous thought. I accept my divine perfection fully and completely now. I accept that life is one miraculous opportunity to grow, to learn, and to love. I embrace that opportunity and the Universe blesses me with harmony, joy, and abundant good to support my every moment.

If I am ever unclear of my purpose or feeling a lack of support of the illusion of separation, I ask the Universe for guidance and revelation. Clarity is revealed to me through inner wisdom, through divine action, and through pathways clearly opening before me. I support my intention through my practice, through the tools that bring me closer to the revelation of my oneness. I set my intentions, I pray for my intentions, and I mediate to open my heart and mind to the clarity of my intentions. The Universe responds to these practices with overwhelming support. - In this moment I become still and know that God is all there is. The Divine light and love of the one life is expressed in all of creation.
- Right where I am, that one life has its magnificent expression. In the stillness of my heart’s center, and in the busyness of my life’s unfolding, it is all the activity and presence of God.
- I focus my attention of the miracle of life that every living being is blessed with - my breath. The very substance of air that permeates the Universe gives me life. With every breath I embrace the miracle of existence. I take in that substance to sustain my being and I use it to express God through the strength and love of my being. The breath that sustains my life is the totality of God’s creation, and through my life I give back fully. I breath in love and goodness and breath out the same into the world.

- In this sacred moment, I turn within to the sacred core of my being. I focus my complete attention and awareness on the awareness of God all around me. All of creation is the miraculous expression of the divine.
- As I recognize the Divine around me, I let go of the illusion of separation and embrace that I am one with that Divine. The Divine that is all around is the same Divine that was birthed as my being and lives as my life.
- Through my oneness with the Divine, I able to see life clearly. I see a life before me filled with joy and love. I see the healing and growth clearly present in moments of challenge. I embrace the good in life clearly. The joy in my relationships, the wholeness and health of my body temple, the beauty of the majestic world before my eyes. I see it all with elevated consciousness and clear vision.
