Spiritual Mind Treatment for April 6, 2025

I center myself into the stillness of my core and recognize that there is one life manifest as all that is. The life of God exists in, through, and as all of creation.
I am one with that life, one with all of creation. The very essence that is Spirit makes its way through the world in infinite individualized expressions and I am one with it all.
In this moment I allow my consciousness to expand, I allow my perceptions to shift and allow my acceptance of what is possible to grow beyond any previous thought. I accept my divine perfection fully and completely now. I accept that life is one miraculous opportunity to grow, to learn, and to love. I embrace that opportunity and the Universe blesses me with harmony, joy, and abundant good to support my every moment.
I am grateful to know that this word is complete right here and now. It is made manifest as I believe it to be and I say thank you for it.

I take this moment to center myself, to turn within, and to recognize that the life and presence of God emanates as all life and all that exists in creation.
I am part of the wholeness of the Universe and the Universe is a part of my wholeness. There is no place where one ends and one begins, there is only the one.
As the longest, darkest nights come to pass this year, I know that the brightest and warmest light shines in, through, and as my being. It is the light of oneness, the light of love, joy, and compassion. It In the light of abundance. It is the light that exists within all lives by our very birthright. I walk in this light, I live in this light, and I share this light wherever I am.
I am profoundly grateful to know the truth of my being and the power of my word making this word complete and manifest now.

In this moment I focus my full attention on the recognition that God’s life is present in all creation. All that exists in the substance of the divine.
I am one with that divine. Every aspect of my being on every level is the creative manifestation of Spirit’s life.
I live consciously in full expression of my divine purpose. If I am ever unclear of my purpose or feeling a lack of support of the illusion of separation, I ask the Universe for guidance and revelation. Clarity is revealed to me through inner wisdom, through divine action, and through pathways clearly opening before me. I support my intention through my practice, through the tools that bring me closer to the revelation of my oneness. I set my intentions, I pray for my intentions, and I mediate to open my heart and mind to the clarity of my intentions. The Universe responds to these practices with overwhelming support. The Universe responds with divine guidance, perfect relationships, and guiding me forward gracefully.

Spiritual Mind Treatment for March 23, 2025

In this moment I become still and know that God is all there is. The Divine light and love of the one life is expressed in all of creation.
Right where I am, that one life has its magnificent expression. In the stillness of my heart’s center, and in the busyness of my life’s unfolding, it is all the activity and presence of God.
I focus my attention of the miracle of life that every living being is blessed with - my breath. The very substance of air that permeates the Universe gives me life. With every breath I embrace the miracle of existence. I take in that substance to sustain my being and I use it to express God through the strength and love of my being. The breath that sustains my life is the totality of God’s creation, and through my life I give back fully. I breath in love and goodness and breath out the same into the world.
I am grateful to know that this word is complete right here and now. The power that makes it so is my belief and I give great thanks to know that power.

Spiritual Mind Treatment for the Week of March 3, 2025

In this sacred moment, I turn within to the sacred core of my being. I focus my complete attention and awareness on the awareness of God all around me. All of creation is the miraculous expression of the divine.
As I recognize the Divine around me, I let go of the illusion of separation and embrace that I am one with that Divine. The Divine that is all around is the same Divine that was birthed as my being and lives as my life.
Through my oneness with the Divine, I able to see life clearly. I see a life before me filled with joy and love. I see the healing and growth clearly present in moments of challenge. I embrace the good in life clearly. The joy in my relationships, the wholeness and health of my body temple, the beauty of the majestic world before my eyes. I see it all with elevated consciousness and clear vision.
My heart is filled with gratitude for this word’s truth and the fulfillment and manifestation of it now. I simply say thank you to the Universe for it.

I center myself and recognize the presence of God all around me. All that I can experience is the life of God revealing itself.
That life further reveals itself as who I am. My life and God’s life are one and the same. I am a perfect embodiment of divine energy.
Through the perfection of that divine energy, my life is molded. That energy flows in every area of my being. My relationships are blessed by the oneness of all life. I take this sacred moment to turn within and acknowledge that the presence of God has its life through all that is. I recognize the one life of the divine in infinite forms.

I set the intention to not only know that I am one with God, but to truly celebrate and embrace that knowledge. With every thought I manifest the experience I desire. As I turn within to my sacred center I recognize that the life of God is all that is. There is one divine essence and it lives as all that is.
I am one with that essence. My very life is the avenue through which God has its life fully and completely.
As I embrace my oneness with Spirit, I must see that I am one with all life. I am one with the sunshine and all the beauty in the world. I am one with my friends and family. And I am also one with what I don’t understand. I am one with the challenges and the confusion and the pain of the physical world. I am one with that which I feel the most opposite with. And in that awareness I find God’s love deepest. In the confusion, in the challenges, I commit my deepest faith, and find understanding and clarity and connection. I know that the realm of the eternal is beyond all physical limitations and in that realm there is only perfection. I embrace that perfection in every moment and am blessed by its embrace in return. Through that embrace, the realm of the eternal blesses the world of the physical, and there is only light and love.

I center myself and in the stillness I am immersed in the allness of Spirit. I recognize fully that God is all that is, revealed through all life.

As I move into the new year I embrace the opportunity for new beginnings. New growth, new opportunities, and new healings are available to me now. I am fully present in the perfect space the Universe has created for me right now. In this moment, the eternal now, I recognize God’s life as the creative presence in all that exists. There is one life, the allness of the Universe in limitless form.
My being is the individualized form that the limitless takes. I am one with Universe, one with perfect Spirit, and one with all that is.
Every moment of my life is a beautiful reminder of the divine presence all around and within. This divine presence exists as my body temple, as my interactions in the world, and truly all that I experience.
